Yes! The majority of films we produce are commissioned by the subject's family as a gift. We offer gift certificates at the time of purchase. These are emailed to you automatically so you have something physical to handover straight away. We will email or call you within 24hrs of purchase to organise filming.

Generally, you can expect to receive your completed film within 2 to 4 weeks of filming.

Yes, one round of minor revision is included with your package if it's needed. If you would like additional changes, we’re happy to accommodate them, though extra fees may apply. We’ll work with you to ensure you’re thrilled with the final product.

What formats are available for the finished film?

We provide your film in a digital format on a keepsake USB drive. The digital copy is high definition MP4 file. Your file can be shared online, viewed on any device and even played on a home TV.

Can I share my film publicly?

Accepted Answer

Of course, you can share the film privately with family and friends and display the film in private settings. Your film may include licensed, incidental, or background audio and visual material. Forever on Film does not automatically grant permission for the final film to be uploaded to public video platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, or similar services, where automated copyright enforcement may apply. Please seek clarification from us once the film is finalised.

What is the cancellation policy?

Forever on Film operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are assessed based on work completed and notice provided at the time of cancellation.
If you cancel within 48 hours of purchase, and before any consultation or work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled filming date, a partial refund may be issued, less the value of work already completed, including consultation and pre-production.
If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled filming date, no refund will be issued, as production time and resources will have been reserved and cannot reasonably be reallocated.
Once filming has commenced or been completed, no refunds are available.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@foreveronfilm.com.au.
